What simple things can I do to improve my stress/anxiety management?
I deal with a lot of stress & anxiety on a regular basis. I’m just one of those people that over analyze everything! I wish it wasn’t so difficult to deal with daily stress so any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
anything from diet, exercise, books to read, websites…
I find that doing regular excersize in the form of something slightly aggressive such as boxing, karate, mountain biking ETC really helps me feel in control & less stressed out.
Also try not to give yourself reasons to be stressed in the first place (I am obviously not aware of your own circumstances & why you are anxious but simply speaking from my own experience) Try to keep your finances in good order, don’t become deeply involved with friends & colleagues dramas ETC.
I think diet is really important for people with anxiety issues as well, I can honestly tell you I feel stressed out for days if I eat cheese. If all else fails I think Bachs Rescue Remedy is brilliant stuff & it has helped me many times.
